Who we are: Kreativ Tools is an independent website operated by Andrei Olaru, providing browser-based creative utilities. Contact details are available on the Contact page.

How tools process files: Most tool operations run locally in your browser. Files selected in a tool are not intentionally uploaded to, stored by, or reviewed on our servers by default. When a tool requires server-side processing, the tool page explains it before you select or send files.

Usage data: Kreativ Tools does not use Google Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate page visits and page-performance metrics. Kreativ Tools does not add uploaded files, file contents, or conversion results to its analytics implementation.

Cookies and storage: Some tools may use your browser's local storage for theme selection, saved workflow defaults, or UI state. Those preferences stay in your browser unless you clear them. Cloudflare Web Analytics is loaded as a browser beacon and is not connected to tool uploads or saved tool data.

Third-party services: Some pages load third-party libraries/CDNs to power conversions, previews, or document handling. Cloudflare Web Analytics receives page and performance measurements. These providers may process standard request metadata such as IP address, browser type, URL, and timestamp. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details on its processing.

Data retention: We keep personal data only as long as necessary for operations, security, legal compliance, and service improvement.

Your rights: Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict processing of personal data.

How to read this site information

The trust pages explain ownership, contact paths, privacy limits, and terms. They are written to support real use of the tools, not to replace legal advice or platform-specific policy review.

If a file is sensitive, review the relevant tool page before using it and keep your own copy of the source file. Browser extensions and third-party pages are separate from the Kreativ Tools interface unless clearly identified as part of the site.

After downloading the result, open it once before using it in a client send, upload form, website, or archive. This final check catches format support issues, unexpected file size changes, missing characters, clipped media, or page-order mistakes while the original file is still available.

If the output will be reused, note the settings that produced it. That makes the next export easier to repeat and reduces guesswork when another file needs the same treatment.
